As many as 107 MD/MS seats in the government quota and civic universities of the state did not pass the sanction of the National Medical Commission for the admission of students in the academic year 21-22 because of the ‘deficiency’ in their compliance reports. These include seats of popular subjects like medicine and surgery in Grant Medical College of the JJ Hospital and GS Medical College of the KEM hospital.
