The Best Student Cities Ranking 2023 has been released by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) which
provides an overview of the top places to live and study worldwide. The ranking has been topped
this year by London once again, followed by Munich, Seoul, and Zurich at the second, third, and
fourth positions respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The only US student city to make it to the top 10 was Boston in 2022 and now it has been placed
in the eleventh position for 2023. The QS Best Student Cities Rankings are based on a range of
factors that include the standards of the universities, quality of life, affordability, and the views of
former students who have pursued their education in the respective city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


There are a total of six metric categories including rankings, affordability, desirability, employer
activity, student voice, and student mix. The cities included in the ranking have a population of at
least 250,000 and house at least two universities named in the QS World University Rankings.
The current edition includes a total of 140 student cities of which 18 are in the US.
Student cities include Paris, Toronto, Edinburgh, Vienna, New York, Hong Kong SAR,
Singapore, Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe, Vancouver, Montreal, Lausanne, Buenos Aires, Amsterdam,
Brisbane, Stockholm, and Glasgow feature in the top 25 of the QS Best Student Cities 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
