The Quota will be on the basis of school, not domicile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Court heard the petition of a Class 12 student seeking a reservation for college admission. A Delhi Candidate refers to a candidate who has appeared for or passed the qualifying exam from a recognized school or institution in Delhi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This petition has raised the importance of domicile and school being qualifying criteria for College admissions. The determining factor is the geographic location of the school and not the location of the student. The school of the petitioner fell under the jurisdiction of the Haryana Education Department.
