Chemistry<\/li><li>M.Sc. Environmental Sciences<\/li><li>M.Sc. Mathematics<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"College_Facilities\"><\/span><strong>College Facilities<\/strong> : <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The campus is equipped with a spacious library that consists of various reference books, academic books, novels, magazines and journals along with an online database and e-resources such as e-books, e-journals and many more. Facility to assess the INFLIBNET is provided to the students and faculty.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Hostel Facilities with good food and accommodation is provided to the students of the at standard rates with good infrastructure facility. The Hostel is located near the College for easy access of the students.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Each Department of&nbsp;<strong>St. John\u2019s College&nbsp;<\/strong>consists of at least one Smart Board Facility to enhance the learning using digital class. An Audio-Visual Theatre is equipped on the campus to conduct workshops, seminars and panel discussions. ICT integrated classroom and labs are facilitated for the students to enhance scientific and academic learning and help them to improve their language skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A water quality testing lab open to the public by the PG Department of Environmental Science of&nbsp;<strong>St. John\u2019s College<\/strong>&nbsp;used for testing the purity of water. A rainwater harvesting reservoir accumulates rainwater which is used for daily needs. The practical laboratories of the science department enhance the learning and understanding of the students in their subjects.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>St. John\u2019s College<\/strong>&nbsp;has a canteen where about 150 persons can dine at a time. Homely and Hygienic Food is served to students at a concessional rate and arrangements are made to supply snacks, cool drinks and ice creams. The surroundings of the Canteen are hygienic and clean. Toilet facility is attached to the Canteen and there is a separate waste disposal pit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Extra_Curricural_Activities\"><\/span>Extra Curricural Activities  : <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Students Clubs such as Innovative and <strong>Start-up Club<\/strong>, <strong>Performing Arts<\/strong> and<strong> Folklore<\/strong>, <strong>Media\/Theatre Club<\/strong>, <strong>Literary Club, Quiz Club, Sports\/Yoga Club, Numerical Skill Development Club, Red Ribbon Club, Medical Assistance Cell, Entrepreneurship Development Club, Elocution Club, Language Skill Developmental Club, Debate\/Drawing Club, Nature Club, Biodiversity Club, Music Club, Health Club\/Multi Gymnasium, Social Service Forum, Additional Skill Acquisition Programme, Walk With a Scholar, Scholar Support Programme<\/strong>, etc. are initiated for the Welfare of the students so that they may work towards the well-being of the society.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The College conducts other activities such as the<strong> National Cadet Corps<\/strong>, <strong>National Service Scheme<\/strong>, <strong>Various Indoor<\/strong> and <strong>Outdoor Sports <\/strong>and Games such as<strong> Volleyball, Throwball, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, Carrom, Chess,<\/strong> etc.&nbsp; Accommodation, nutrition, training and other facilities are provided for selected students at Sports Hostel with the help of coaches appointed by the Kerala Sports Council.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Women\u2019s Development Centre is initiated for the Women Students as 75% of the population of the College are Women. The students can either relax or study during free hours or have food during lunch hours. A sanitary pad vending machine and an incinerator are kept for the use of the students.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Placement_Cell\"><\/span>Placement Cell : <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Career Guidance<\/strong> and <strong>Placement Centre<\/strong> organizes workshops and coaching classes to guide the students towards their career and to prepare them for various competitive examinations.
