1. Fee paid for any service will not be refunded by COLLZY-College Made Easy. Refund, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. On registration you agree to make your contact details available to COLLZY-College Made Easy. You may be contacted by COLLZY-College Made Easy partners for additional information and registration process through email, telephone and SMS.

3. The list of the college which is one of the services, on request, will be sent within 48 working hours from the date of enrollment, subject to full payment realization.

4. As an enrolled student, you are liable to share the following with COLLZY-College Made Easy: name, parent’s detail, contact numbers, school score reports, documents and any other details which are required for the form filling.

5. COLLZY-College Made Easy is not responsible for admission in any of the colleges.

6. Whilst using our services, an obligation is cast upon you to only provide true and correct information and in the case of creating a profile you undertake to at all times keep the information up to date. Wrong and false details by themselves can be a cause for termination of services. Also as a consequence we may not be able to reach you.

7. Services are provided on a best efforts basis on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, all is on a best efforts basis.

8. For application of 5 colleges, the colleges are to be selected by the student/parent. If not selected, COLLZY-College Made Easy is not responsible for the application process in upto 5 colleges.

9. Testimonial(s) provided by you may be appropriately edited by COLLZY-College Made Easy for its marketing communication.
